Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza


Pizza Dough

  • 15 g yeast;
  • 3½ cups of warm water;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt;
  • 225h wholemeal.

In Italian recipe 225 g wheat flour.

Pizza Sauce

  • ½ onion;
  • 1 clove garlic;
  • 1 can diced tomatoes;
  • ½ tablespoon honey or syrup;
  • 2-3 anchovy fillets;
  • ½ teaspoon oregano;
  • ½ tsp basil;
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper (dried vegetables);
  • ½ teaspoon salt.


  • 2 fresh peppers;
  • 125g mushrooms;
  • 100 grams of pepperoni or sausage;
  • 100 grams of cheese max.

The procedure of preparation

  1. Stir the yeast in warm water and add the other ingredients in the dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. And leave it to rise for about 1 hour.
  2. Peel the onion, garlic and grate coarsely. Mix the tomato sauce with the other ingredients and adjust the amount of tomato juice, which formed as a result of infusion. Let the sauce stand at room temperature for ½ hour.
  3. Slice the pepper into thin strips and mushrooms. Cut sausage into thin slices, cheese and grate coarsely.
  4. Put a plaque in the oven and turn the temperature of 250-275 degrees - as once, your oven can be warmed up.
  5. Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 4 equal parts. Zformuyte them into balls and roll in the bottom of the sheet for cookies. Put the dough butter sauce for pizza, but let the edges remain dry.
  6. Spread pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni and cheese on top. Slide the pizza in a warm fire on baking sheet for a shovel or through the board.

Inside the dough is baked until tender and melted cheese - pryyulyzno for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Advice! Experiment with different toppings use vegetables - even try steamed or roasted vegetables or boiled potatoes.
